Chartreuse 9e Centenaire Release 2021 is an extraordinary liqueur, created in 1984 to celebrate the ninth centenary of the founding of the Chartreux monastic order. Handcrafted in limited quantities and distributed in numbered bottles, it represents a subtle and perfectly balanced blend of refined and distinctive liqueurs.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose offers a pungent and resinous bouquet, with fresh notes of mint, anise, licorice, black pepper, juniper, and lemon. On the palate, it is syrupy and sweet, with a menthol profile enriched with hints of cocoa, anise, and citrus. The finish is long and persistent, leaving an intense and enveloping aftertaste.
