We ship within 24-48 working hours for available products. Times may vary in case of pre-orders or refrigerated shipments.

Sure! As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an automatic email with the link to track the shipment in real time .
This way you can monitor every stage of the package's journey: from the courier's collection to delivery. Tracking is available 24/7 and is constantly updated, allowing you to know in advance when to expect delivery.
If you do not receive the link within 24 hours of shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

We currently only ship to Italy. For overseas, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
We currently only ship to Italy , as many of our products — especially refrigerated or alcoholic ones — are subject to logistical and customs restrictions that vary from country to country.
However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly : we will evaluate the feasibility on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the type of product, local regulations and delivery times. For some categories of non-perishable or non-restricted products, we may organize a customized shipment.

If upon delivery you notice that the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend that you reject the package or accept it with reservation by signing "with reservation of inspection" on the courier's document. This is essential to be able to start the refund or replacement procedure.
In case of internal damage not immediately visible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the package and the damaged product. Without acceptance with reservation or timely notification, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with refunds or replacements as required by transport regulations.

Yes, sensitive products (e.g. cheese, meat, etc.) travel in isothermal packaging with gel ice, to guarantee the cold chain.

We ship refrigerated products only from Monday to Wednesday morning , to avoid them remaining in storage in the courier's warehouses during the weekend, compromising the cold chain.
All orders containing refrigerated goods (clearly indicated on the product sheet) and placed after 7:00 am on Wednesday morning will be shipped the following week . This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and safety of the product upon delivery.

No, it is not currently possible to select a specific date for delivery of refrigerated products .
However, we ship exclusively from Monday to Wednesday morning , to ensure the cold chain is maintained and to avoid weekend storage. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the goods on the first attempt.

The courier will make a second delivery attempt, but for products shipped in refrigerated mode it is strictly necessary to indicate an address where someone is present during the day.
These items are packaged to maintain the cold chain for a limited time only (maximum 48h). In case of non-delivery, we cannot guarantee the quality and safety of the product , nor offer refunds or replacements.
We recommend using a business address, a trusted neighbor's address, or a place where someone is always available to receive the delivery.

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve in advance selected products that are not currently available in stock , but are ordered on request directly from our suppliers.
You can pre-order online like a normal purchase: payment is made immediately , and the product will be shipped as soon as it is available at our logistics center .
Pre-order products are often fresh, rare or limited availability items: this method allows us to guarantee maximum freshness and authenticity , avoiding unnecessary inventory.
For organizational reasons, orders containing pre-order items must be completed by 11:30 am on Monday morning . This way we can promptly forward the request to our trusted supplier and guarantee efficient delivery times.

Yes, but only if the order to the supplier has not yet been sent. Send us an email or call us before 10:00 on Monday morning.
