The Stutz Farm produces Robiola di Roccaverano, a Slow Food Presidium, using only 100% goat's milk from its own farm. This soft cheese is born in the Piedmont hills of Mombaldone (AT), in the heart of the Roccaverano area, where dairy tradition meets quality.
Characterized by notes of yogurt, green grass and hazelnut, our robiola offers a soft and savory taste, which intensifies with aging. Over time, it develops nuances of meadow, wild plants and light spicy and musky notes, giving a long and enveloping finish.
