Height of Arrows Gin 70 cl

The challenge for Holyrood Distillery in creating Height of Arrows was to create a gin with a whisky maker’s mindset. The whisky’s wide range of flavours draws on the distillers’ expertise in using just three ingredients, so in creating Height of Arrows they sought to create a gin that followed the same principle of simplicity. Height of Arrows contains just three ingredients: juniper, Isle of Skye sea salt and natural beeswax. The juniper creates complex flavours ranging from fresh pine and strong citrus to peppery spice. The salt is a natural flavour enhancer that pairs with the juniper to add extra depth of flavour. The beeswax acts as a finishing touch, creating a smooth, lush texture.
