Its exclusive recipe uses only select Japanese botanicals, including cucumber, Japanese elderberry, and Japanese pepper, with the main ingredient being yuzu, a citrus fruit native to Japan known for its distinctive aroma combining notes of grapefruit and mandarin.

On the nose, Yuzugin offers a fresh, citrusy bouquet with hints of cucumber and floral nuances of elderberry. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, balancing the citrus notes of yuzu with the light spiciness of Japanese pepper, culminating in a long, clean finish.
