Grown naturally within the Ethiopian forest, Kafa coffee is developed without intensive cultivation, thanks to manual harvesting and traditional techniques passed down through generations by local communities. Only the ripest fruits are selected by hand, and drying takes place slowly in the sun, in full respect of the environment and the organoleptic properties of the bean.
