Salame Muletta Riserva Lodigiana from Azienda Agricola Zanaboni is a high-quality, artisan-made product. Obtained from a mixture of finely minced meat and fat, spices and salt, all well blended and stuffed into a natural casing and tied by hand.

It differs from the local salami because it is a larger sized salami, stuffed into casing. gentle (thicker and wider). Its taste more intense, decisive, tending towards sweet but with a spicy note and a little "seasoned" (typical of the long maturation of at least 6 months). The slice is softer and more compact.

More "important" and more seasoned than a common salami, muletta is often considered a delicacy ideal for appetizers, platters and gourmet aperitifs, exceptional when paired with Lombard cheeses and structured red wines such as Bonarda and Barbera.
