Rum Neisson Vieux BIO 70 cl

Neisson Vieux Bio rum is a fine aged rhum agricole, obtained exclusively from pure sugar cane juice grown according to the principles of organic farming. Distilled in November 2016, it matured for three years before being bottled, developing depth and complexity.

Grégory Vernant, heir to the family that founded the Neisson distillery in 1932, began the conversion to organic in 2013, leading to the birth of the first entirely organic AOC Martinique rum in 2016. Today, the commitment to sustainability is also expressed through the use of native yeasts, selected from those naturally present on sugar cane, to ensure an authentic expression of the terroir.
