Jacquesson Champagne Cuvée 747
Champagne Jacquesson's Cuvée 747 is born from the 2019 harvest, a year marked by low yields and great balance, enhanced by reserve wines that amplify its complexity and depth. The blend favors Pinots from the Aÿ, Dizy, and Hautvillers crus, combined with Chardonnays from Avize and Oiry. After 36 months on the lees and with a very low dosage (1.5 g/l), this Extra Brut expresses the authentic character of the Jacquesson house. In the glass, it shines with golden reflections and an extremely fine perlage; on the nose, notes of candied citrus, dried fruit, brioche, and minerality emerge. The palate is vibrant, creamy, fresh, and savory, with a long finish and an elegant finish. Perfect with raw seafood, shellfish, and fine cuisine, it is a champagne of great personality and charm.
