With a warm color, enriched with delicate coppery nuances, it releases an intense and complex bouquet on the nose: notes of bitter orange and apricot intertwine with mineral hints of toasted barley, flint, and smoky peat, complemented by wild herbs such as fennel. On the palate, it continues with a refined balsamic burst, enriched with nuances of black pepper and anise. The finish is extraordinarily long, structured, and enveloping.
