The Molinaccio The Spiny Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2019
Nobile di Montepulciano La Spinosa is obtained from Sangiovese grapes, with a vinification in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. The maceration at controlled temperature lasts 20-25 days.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 15 months in 25 HL artisanal French Allier oak barrels, followed by 6 months in the bottle.
It has a medium pale garnet color. The bouquet offers notes of dark spices, black pepper, cloves, small dark fruits and a hint of dried aromatic herbs (dill). On the palate it is fresh, balanced and moderately tannic, offering a harmonious and pleasant sip.
