The Poggio Alto Blanc de Blanc Brut of Monte delle Vigne it is an elegant organic sparkling wine obtained from only Chardonnay grapes , hand - picked and carefully selected to guarantee quality and freshness. Vinified with the Charmat Method , it ferments at 18° C and refines for 3 months on the yeasts with batonnage technique​ in stainless steel , enhancing aromas and structure.

To the eye it appears an intense straw yellow , with elegant greenish reflections .
It conquers the nose with floral scents fresh and notes of crunchy Golden apple .
On the palate it is soft, fruity and balanced , with a good persistence. and a pleasant mineral freshness .
