Podere Ema Chianti Superiore DOCG 2021

The Chianti Superiore DOCG by Podere Ema is a red wine that embodies the authenticity of the Tuscan tradition, produced in the heart of the Florentine Chianti. Inspired by the historic recipe of Baron Ricasoli, this wine is born from a careful selection of Sangiovese, Colorino and Trebbiano Toscano grapes, vinified with methods that respect the typicality of the territory.

At sight, it has a ruby ​​red color of medium intensity. On the nose, it offers complex aromas dominated by red fruits and light spicy notes. On the palate, it stands out for its medium structure, softness and freshness, with a pleasantly savory finish. The alcohol content is approximately 13.5%.

Chianti Superiore di Podere Ema pairs perfectly with medium-structured first courses and traditional Tuscan second courses. To fully appreciate its characteristics, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16–18°C.
