Zyme Syrah PGI Veneto red 2019

With a dark and intense red color, which evolves towards elegant garnet nuances with age, this wine stands out for its sumptuous and enveloping structure. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and with a refined tannic presence, offering a dense and voluminous sensation. The long and harmonious finish reveals notes of plum, cherry, chocolate and a hint of mint.

Perfect to accompany structured and tasty dishes, it pairs magnificently with grilled red meats, game, lamb and mature cheeses, especially pecorino and spicy ones. Also excellent with cured meats, such as capocollo and coppa.
