Nocchino di Podere Ema is a Tuscan red wine that embodies the essence of "Puro Toscano", the result of a careful selection of native grapes: Sangiovese, Colorino and Foglia Tonda. Each variety follows an individual winemaking and refinement process: Sangiovese matures in oak barrels, Foglia Tonda in terracotta amphorae from Impruneta and Colorino in steel. After blending, the wine rests in cement tanks before bottling, a process that enhances the characteristics of each grape variety and the Tuscan terroir.
