Satèn Cuvée Millesimata Brut is an elegant expression of softness and finesse, capable of evoking the pleasure of an afternoon outdoors and the enveloping taste of a festive snack. The result of careful selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, it was created to offer a creamy and persistent bubble.

With a bright, intense straw yellow, it opens to the nose with refined notes of pastry and coffee: cappuccino, soft butter, puff pastry, milk and honey. Elegant exotic nuances of papaya and white melon follow. On the palate it stands out for its enveloping creaminess, similar to milk foam, with a long persistence and a harmonious and satisfying finish.

Thanks to its softness, it pairs with versatility with dishes with strong flavours, particularly enhancing blue fish and the queens of molluscs: oysters.
