From the encounter between Sangiovese, aged for a year in French Allier oak barrels, and Merlot from the latest harvest, "L'Allocco" is born, a wine that embodies balance and depth, an innovative expression of the Il Molinaccio company.

If taken individually they were incomplete, together they gave life to a harmonious and unique wine, capable of surprising.

Like the tawny owl that patiently and stillly waits for the right moment to act, this wine has been able to enhance time and waiting. Deep and intense ruby ​​red, it releases notes of plum, typical of Sangiovese, and blackberry jam, an expression of Merlot. On the palate it is elegant, concentrated and enveloping, with delicate and silky tannins.
