Whiskey Tomatin 12 Years Old 125th Anniversary Special Edition 70 cl

To celebrate the distillery's 125th anniversary, Tomatin 12 is released in a limited edition with exclusive packaging. The whisky is matured in a combination of three types of wood: Bourbon barrels, Refill Hogsheads and Sherry Butts. The spirit is then further refined in Refill Oloroso Sherry Butts for a period of 6-9 months. Bottling takes place at 43% ABV.

On the nose, the whisky is complex, with rich malt notes and a fruity profile, accompanied by a light trace of peat. On the palate, it is enveloping and delicate, with a perfect balance between apples, pears and malt, enriched by a hint of walnuts and a hint of sherry. The finish is smooth, sweet and decidedly satisfying, leaving a satisfying full sensation.
