Whiskey Kujira 8 Years Old 70 cl

Kujira 8 Years is a Japanese single grain whisky made with Indica rice and black koji from Okinawa. Indica rice is rich in vitamins and minerals, while black koji, a fungus that releases powerful enzymes, converts starch into sugar, allowing the production of alcohol. The result is a whisky with a full and enveloping flavour, which gives a unique character to Kujira 8 Years.

This whisky matures in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, which enrich the spirit with subtle aromatic influences. On the nose, delicate notes of oak, vanilla and plum are perceived. On the palate, sweet nuances of dried fruit and spices come together harmoniously. The finish is a fusion of licorice, vanilla and spices, leaving a pleasant sensation of warmth.
