About twenty years ago, Andrea and Barbara Adam inherited one hectare of vineyard in Dhron, a small and charming side valley of the Moselle, thus giving life to Weingut Adam . Starting with a single family plot, over the years they expanded their business by acquiring parcels in some of the most prestigious crus of the Moselle, including Hofberg, Häs'chen and Goldtröpfchen.
The vineyards are distinguished by their exceptional age — many are over a hundred years old and ungrafted — and by their privileged position, directly overlooking the banks of the Moselle. The production philosophy is based on maximum naturalness: spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, exclusive use of old barrels and no additions during vinification.
The result? Wines with authentic character, capable of expressing vibrant freshness, aromatic depth and an intense minerality that tells in a pure and direct way the identity of this extraordinary German terroir.
Height of Arrows si distingue per il suo sapore unico, semplice ma molto convincente.
Io l’ho ricomprato, nonostante il mercato di questo settore sia fiorente.
