Amaro Adriatico Amaretto 70 cl

Adriatico is an innovative amaretto, characterized by a sugar content halved compared to traditional bitters on the market.

The almonds, hand-picked in the Apulian countryside, are subjected to a long roasting before being macerated and distilled. To these are added delicate notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a touch of coffee. The pinch of salt, coming from the salt pans of Margherita di Savoia, gives a refined hint that recalls the breeze of the Adriatic Sea and enhances the depth of flavor.

The color is a warm amber with golden mahogany reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of toasted almonds, marzipan and almond butter. The taste is enveloping and velvety, with hints of honey candies and a persistent finish that reveals nuances of bitter almond, coffee and chocolate.
