Bitter Aperimare 50 cl

Aperimare is produced exclusively by cold extraction and infusion.
The production process ends with the addition of Sea Water, thus giving the product a light savoury note. To keep the odours and flavours unaltered, Aperimare does not undergo any filtration. It is left to rest inside steel containers for a variable amount of time.
To keep its taste intact, it is bottled without filtering.

Taste: Aperitif with a red colour and a bittersweet flavour, with a savoury aftertaste, ideal for mixing

Curiosity: The natural ingredients of the product may give rise to a slight deposit: shake before serving.
