Yellow Chartreuse 70 cl

Chartreuse Gialla 70cl is the famous artisanal liqueur created by Carthusian monks, custodians of a secret recipe passed down since 1605. A unique infusion of over 130 herbs and aromatic plants, carefully selected and dried in the old oven of the monastery of the Chartreuse de St-Pierre de Chartreuse. Every year, 18 tons of herbs are prepared and shipped in numbered bags to the Voiron distillery, where this extraordinary liqueur is born.

Compared to the green Chartreuse, yellow Chartreuse has a sweeter, rounder, honeyed flavor, with notes of saffron, sweet anise, and delicate spices. Chartreuse Jaune is aged in oak barrels and distilled in ancient copper stills, offering an unmistakable and refined aromatic profile.
