Amarot Liqueur 70 cl

Amaro Amarot, by Antica Distilleria Quaglia, is the result of an artisanal process inspired by ancient recipes masterfully recovered. The essences of the ingredients that define its aromatic profile, among which the chinotto stands out, are cold extracted. Subsequently, the liqueur undergoes a long maturation period, during which the insoluble vegetal parts settle naturally on the bottom, before being subjected to a light filtration. This bitter originates in Turin, in the heart of the historic San Salvario district.

On the nose it releases intense hints of citrus, chinotto, orange, cinchona and licorice. On the palate it is soft but decisive, with elegant bitter notes that make it a pleasant, refreshing and harmonious digestive.
