Hierbas Ibicencas from Mari Mayans distillery is a famous herbal liqueur, capable of evoking the memories of those who have experienced the magic of Ibiza. Made according to an ancient secret recipe, it is born from the infusion of 18 carefully selected herbs in alcohol distilled with a discontinuous still. Among the well-known ingredients are anise, thyme, rosemary, lemon peel, orange peel, juniper and mountain mint.
