The history of the Cavalieri d'Italia company began over 25 years ago in the splendid setting of the Neorurale district at the Giulio Natta Innovation Center in Giussago (PV).
Here, a portion of the Lombard territory has been restored to the conditions of biodiversity and fertility of the year one thousand. Over a million specimens of plants and shrubs have been planted, recreating woods and wetlands, just as they appeared in the original Po Valley.
The symbiosis between man and nature has led to extraordinary results: a 170% increase in biodiversity and a 153% increase in fertility. The renaturalization, which has brought enormous benefits to neighboring crops, has inspired Cavalieri d'Italia to apply the same cultivation methodology to rice fields. This is where Cavalieri d'Italia rice comes from.
Come Ulisse questo vino macerato, ma non troppo acuto, dispiega le vele lungo un viaggio fatto di mare, sale, scogli e frutta bianca. Una meraviglia epica che purtroppo non viene più prodotta dalla cantina. Insieme ad Ulisse è andata oltre le colonne di ercole.
Height of Arrows si distingue per il suo sapore unico, semplice ma molto convincente.
