The Champagne Mepetit from Domaine Piollot is a 100% Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noirs, a fruity, intense and extremely expressive label that expresses the authenticity of the Côte des Bar.

Pinot Meunier, a typical grape of the Champagne region, owes its name to the characteristic whitish down that covers the underside of its leaves, making them look like they're dusted with flour ("meunier" in French means miller). This grape gives Champagne a rich, fresh, and distinctive aromatic profile.

For the Cuvée Mepetit, Domaine Piollot selects exclusively grapes from the "Mepetit" parcel, a southeast-facing vineyard with vines over 45 years old grown on limestone and clay soils. The parcel is located in Polisot, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, an area renowned for the quality and expressiveness of its Blanc de Noirs.
