DOMAIN PAVELOT

Domaine Pavelot, now run by Luc and Lise Pavelot, is a historic family estate in Pernand-Vergelesses, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. With approximately 9 hectares of vineyards and certified organic production, the estate showcases the area's great terroirs, including Premier Crus such as Les Fichots, En Caradeux, Les Vergelesses, and the prestigious Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru.

The philosophy is clear: manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, respect for nature, and wines that faithfully reflect each vintage. The Pinot Noir reds are distinguished by elegance and structure, while the Chardonnay and Aligoté whites express minerality and great finesse.
