Mancini Tenute Quarta Blanc de Pinot Noir Marche IGT is a white wine outside the box, produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white . An elegant, fresh and refined label signed Fattoria Mancini , a historic winery in the Marche region with vineyards overlooking the Adriatic Sea , in the suggestive Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo , near Pesaro .

The grapes, hand -picked , come from selected plots of land on the Quarta Estate , where the calcareous sandstone soil and the fresh and ventilated microclimate guarantee delicate aromas , a marked minerality and a perfect balance between acidity and softness .

The Blanc de Pinot Noir 2023 presents itself in the glass with a pale straw yellow color , floral and citrus aromas , with notes of white peach , acacia flowers and a subtle marine vein . On the palate it is fresh, saline and persistent , with an elegant and clean finish .

Perfect as a sophisticated aperitif , it pairs well with raw fish , shellfish, sushi, fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes .
