Gabriele Rocchi, a young Florentine pastry chef, has transformed his passion for the precision of recipes into a career in the art of artisanal confectionery. After experiences in pastry shops and fine dining restaurants between the Tuscan Apennines and Florence, he founded "Handmade in Florence", a laboratory where tradition and innovation blend to create excellent desserts.

Each of his creations is born from an in-depth study of food chemistry and a rigorous selection of high-quality raw materials, with the aim of offering products that combine elegance, freshness and authenticity.

Among its specialities, the artisanal biscuits stand out, the cantuccini with Avola almonds and the great leavened products of the Italian tradition, such as panettone and Easter doves.
