BergGenuss is a semi-hard cheese made from a combination of raw milk and thermised milk, which gives it a refined flavour and an extraordinary consistency. After an initial maturation phase of about two months in the dairy, the cheese is transferred to the natural stone bunker, where it refines its unique character under the careful care of the master cheesemaker.
Here, in an ideal environment, BergGenuss matures for at least 7 months, until it reaches its perfect aromatic profile. The result is a cheese with a delicate flavour, with notes reminiscent of Appenzeller, and an exceptionally creamy texture that makes it irresistible.
Thanks to the long refinement and the use of selected milk, this cheese offers an authentic taste experience, an expression of the Alpine dairy tradition and the quality of the raw materials. A perfect product for those looking for a balanced flavor and a refined texture.
