Grappa Centopercento 3.07 White 50 cl

Grappa 3.07 produced with three different grape varieties such as: incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, prosecco asolano, cabernet destra Piave. But 3 also indicates the use of different distillation methods, which is the basis of the originality of 3.07: for each grape variety a different still, to be able to give different characteristics and extract the best a pomace can give of itself. 7 are instead the innovative and exclusive technical procedures used by CentoPerCento. First and only grappa of its kind, it can be defined as a cuvée of single-varietal spirits.

It reveals itself as a crystalline grappa with a delicate and refined aroma, the light hint of flowers, sweetened by undergrowth aromas, gives a harmonious taste of vanilla mixed with spices.
