Located in the historic center of Kallstadt, along the famous German Wine Route, this winery is considered one of the most representative and characteristic realities of the Palatinate. With a vineyard area of ​​12.5 hectares, cultivated mainly on calcareous soils, the company places quality and respect for tradition at the center of its production philosophy. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, with a careful selection of the bunches. The vinification is based on spontaneous fermentations and on an aging in ancient wooden barrels, prolonged by contact with the yeasts and by late bottling. The result is a wine production of great value, characterized by harmonious, long-lived wines and a perfect balance between elegance and structure.
