La Bottera is a family-run farm that produces high-quality artisanal cheeses without preservatives, using only fresh cow, goat and sheep milk. Located between the hills of the Langhe and Bisalta, this company passes on ancient cheese-making techniques, enhancing the territory with the use of flowers, herbs, leaves and truffles of the Langhe.

The secrets of tradition are preserved through manual processing, natural maturation in tuff cellars and careful packaging, with cheeses refined in olive oil or wrapped in raw cotton cloths.

While respecting the artisanal method, La Bottera combines advanced microbiological controls, guaranteeing a genuine, safe product with an authentic flavor. A limited and precious production, the result of passion, experience and a bond with the land.
