Alipús San Baltazar Mezcal is made with Espadín agave, grown in mineral and volcanic soils, which gives the mezcal a unique aromatic complexity.

On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of smoke, earth, citrus and a light floral hint. On the palate it presents itself with a balanced and enveloping flavor, characterized by tones of tropical fruit, spices, honey and a delicate minerality that recalls the unique terroir of San Baltazar.
