Champagne Nowack is a historic Maison active since 1785, today led by Flavien Nowack, whose goal is to re-establish a harmonious balance between plants, animals and soil, transmitting this synergy in the fruit and, finally, in the wine.

In the vineyard, the single-varietal parcels are vinified separately to maximize the expression of the terroir. Fermentations occur spontaneously and slowly, without the addition of sulphites.
