Pacherhof is a historic winery located in Novacella, on a sunny slope above Bressanone in the Isarco Valley. Its origins date back to 1142 and it has always belonged to the same family.

Today, winemaker Andreas Huber cultivates eight hectares of white grape vines, including Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Kerner, varieties that his ancestor Josef Huber introduced to the area after extensive studies and travels.

The cellar, handed down for generations, is a point of reference for the wines of the Isarco Valley, characterized by freshness, minerality and elegance.
