The Quattro Portoni Farm, immersed in the lands of Cologno al Serio (BG) on the edge of the Serio Park, grows fodder for its buffaloes and transforms their prized buffalo milk into excellent cheeses.
In 2005, the Caseificio Quattro Portoni project was born, with the aim of valorising this unique raw material and creating a range of cheeses inspired by the Lombard dairy tradition, but enriched by the distinctive properties of buffalo milk.
The dairy and company sales point were inaugurated in 2006, offering customers over 15 varieties of fresh, semi-mature, mature cheeses and yogurt, all made exclusively with buffalo milk from the company's farm.
