Rimarts is a family-run winery located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the heart of the Cava region, a few kilometers from Barcelona. Founded in 1987 by Ricard Martinez de Simon, the company takes its name from the combination of his first and last name, creating a tradition of excellence in the production of artisanal Cava.
Today, Rimarts is led by sons Ricard and Ernest Martinez, who continue to enhance the family legacy with a production of high-quality Cava, in full respect of traditional methods and nature. The company is certified organic, thanks to sustainable practices that preserve the authenticity of the territory and its fruits.
Each bottle of Cava Rimarts is the result of meticulous work: refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with refinements that vary from 9 to 150 months. Disgorging is carried out strictly by hand and the dosages remain extremely low, with less than 2 g/l of residual sugar, to enhance the purity and elegance of the bubbles.
