Selva Dolce Winery is located in Bordighera, in the province of Imperia, on the beautiful Riviera Ligure di Ponente. It is a small farm that combines viticulture, olive growing, and beekeeping, adopting an approach that respects nature and is deeply rooted in biodiversity. All vineyards are cultivated according to certified organic and biodynamic principles, without the use of chemicals, to produce pure, authentic, and expressive wines.

Production focuses on native Ligurian grape varieties such as Rossese di Dolceacqua and Mediterranean varieties perfectly integrated with the hilly terroir, characterized by poor soils and a constant sea breeze. Selva Dolce wines are distinguished by their freshness, elegance, and pronounced minerality, with labels that evoke the sea and the Mediterranean scrub surrounding the vineyards.

Alongside viticulture, the company pursues a broader agricultural project that includes extra virgin olive oil and natural honey, strengthening its connection with the local area and sustainable production.
