Sober Garganega Totale Veneto IGT 2019

Sòber Garganega Totale is a pure artisanal orange wine , obtained from 100% Garganega grapes Grown on volcanic soils in Roncà , at the foot of the Lessini Mountains . An extreme and authentic wine , it interprets the natural vocation of the Veronese territory in a radical and contemporary way .

The winemaking process follows the principles of natural wine : maceration on the skins for 8 months In concrete tanks , spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts , no fining, filtration , or sulfites are added . The result is a lively, vibrant , and textured orange wine , preserving the original strength of the grape and its place of origin .

On the nose, it releases complex notes of dried apricot , citrus peel , honey, aromatic herbs , and sweet spices , with a light tannic note that makes it unique. On the palate , it is structured, minerally , and saline , with a long , fascinating finish . A wine unlike any other .
