Amarone Classico Zymè is a wine with great structure and depth, aged for at least 60 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Its broad and refined aromatic profile releases intense notes of dried red fruit, spices, licorice and cocoa. On the palate it stands out for its complexity and intensity, offering an enveloping, savory, soft and elegant sip.

Dry and full of character, it pairs perfectly with boiled meats, roast meats and mature cheeses, enhancing the qualities of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano.
