Massimo Lentsch's first Etna Bianco comes from the northern slopes of Etna, an elegant and minerally wine made from pure Carricante grapes grown in the bush vine system at 600 meters above sea level. The Feudo Gabelle vineyards, facing north and rooted in sandy and alluvial volcanic soils, give the wine a refined aromatic profile, with floral and citrus notes and a pronounced savory character.

Fresh, vertical, and beautifully balanced, the 2023 Etna Bianco DOC reflects the volcanic soul of the territory and Massimo Lentsch's artisanal vision: a bright, distinctive mountain white wine, perfect for pairing with raw seafood, Mediterranean dishes, or fresh cheeses.
