The 2019 Saumur Champigny La Marginale BIO is the flagship wine from Domaine des Roches Neuves, owned by Thierry Germain, one of the Loire's leading winemakers and a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, sourced from select parcels of old vines grown on calcareous tuff and clay soils, it represents the most profound and complex expression of the Saumur Champigny appellation.

It displays an intense and brilliant ruby ​​red color. The bouquet is broad and layered, with aromas of ripe black fruit, black cherry, violet, and aromatic herbs, enriched with spicy and mineral notes.
