Dettori Red Romangia IGP 2017

Dettori Rosso 2017 is a natural wine without compromise, capable of telling the story of Romangia with a unique expressive force. Produced from old bush vines grown biodynamically in Badde Nigolosu, in the northwest of the island, this red is born from a peasant philosophy that rejects any invasive intervention, both in the vineyard and in the cellar: no chemicals, spontaneous fermentations, no filtration or clarification, and zero added sulphites.

In the glass it presents itself with an intense red with warm reflections, announcing a wine that speaks the language of time and memory. The bouquet is enveloping and deep, with notes of red fruit jam, spices, Mediterranean scrub and ethereal, almost archaic tones. The sip is warm, vibrant, exciting and sincere, with an important but never forced structure, in which sweetness and flavor chase each other in perfect balance.
