Cantina Dettori, located in Sennori in the province of Sassari, represents excellence in the panorama of natural and biodynamic wines of Sardinia. Immersed in the historic area of ​​Romangia, the fertile heart of Logudoro, it has always been linked to the symbolic vine of the island: Cannonau.

Founded on a deep connection with the land and a family and artisanal production vision, Dettori works exclusively with native grapes – Vermentino, Cannonau, Monica, Pascale and Moscato – grown in the prestigious Cru of Badde Nigolosu, a natural amphitheatre at 250 metres above sea level with calcareous soils rich in sandstone.

The production philosophy is based on certified biodynamics: no use of chemicals, selected yeasts, enzymes, filtration or clarification. The wines ferment spontaneously in vats and cement tanks, without added sulphites, maturing for years before manual bottling. Each bottle is unique, a pure and unrepeatable expression of its terroir.

Among the most representative labels: Dettori Bianco (Vermentino), Tuderi, Tenores and Dettori Rosso (Cannonau), Chimbanta (Monica), Ottomarzo (Pascale) and Moscadeddu (Moscato).
