MG09 is Marco Gozzi's Metodo Classico: direct, dry, and deeply rooted in the terroir. Produced with hand-picked native white grapes, vinified without shortcuts, and aged on the lees for over 24 months, this Brut is a sparkling wine with character, untamed, where the artisanal hand and respect for the raw material emerge in every detail.

At disgorgement (2023), the wine appears taut, clean, and saline, with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is dominated by citrus notes, white flowers, and noble yeasts, while on the palate it captivates with its verticality, decisive freshness, and dry, almost sharp finish.
