Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT "Private Cuvée" by Pacherhof is an elegant expression of the Dolomite territory and the philosophy of the winery. Obtained from a blend of Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon, each variety is vinified separately: the Riesling in steel, while Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon are aged in wood. The final assembly gives life to a refined, enveloping wine with a precious aromatic bouquet.
