Isaac Cantalapiedra Lirondo 2022

Lirodno 2022 is a natural white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes grown organically and biodynamically in the heart of La Seca, in the Spanish region of Castilla y León. Produced by Manuel Cantalapiedra, son of Isaac, this wine interprets the purest character of Verdejo in an authentic and uncompromising way. After a 12-hour skin maceration, the must ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, where it ages for 8 months on the fine lees, without fining, filtration or added sulphites. On the nose it expresses notes of apple, pear, hay and aromatic herbs, while on the palate it stands out for its freshness, vibrant acidity, creaminess and a subtle mineral flavor. Dry, direct and lively wine, perfect paired with fresh cheeses, white fish, grilled vegetables and spicy dishes based on white meats.
