Verduzzo Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is hand-picked at the end of September and left to dry until December, to concentrate its aromas and structure. After a delicate vertical pressing, fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, followed by vinification and aging in barriques.

This sweet but discreet wine offers intense and persistent aromas, without being invasive. Perfect as a wine to end a meal for traditionalists, it is also an excellent choice for those who like to experiment with new combinations throughout the meal.
